The products offered are primarily aimed at professionals in the aesthetic sector, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchase process is carried out electronically through the website’s shopping cart.
Once the product has been selected, the user must complete the requested data and expressly accept these terms and conditions before finalizing the purchase.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for those products which, due to their nature, are not eligible for return (unsealed products, professional use products, hygiene or cosmetic products).

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
